They have never failed to help me out of any problem I got myself into, even where it was not, strictly speaking, a hosting issue. A real person responds to questions - very quickly and competently. Their systems are very good too, pretty much always on and very reliable. But for me it’s their total customer focus that shoots them right to the top of the list.
