HostMalabar is a scam hosting provider — please avoid them at all costs.
I paid them over ₹42420 for a VPS and licenses, and this turned out to be the worst decision. Their servers are of pathetic, cheap quality — my VPS went down every 3–4 days. In just 3 months, I had to raise 18 support tickets just to get the server restarted.
Finally, they suspended my VPS without any notice, claiming “crypto-mining abuse,” but never provided any proof. They kept changing their story (first blaming datacenter, then saying only IPv4 was from the datacenter, then refusing backup access). When I asked for my data, they refused to provide any backup or snapshot and gave contradictory excuses.
Worst of all, after I pressed them for answers, they completely blocked my access to their client portal, cutting me off from my own account. As a result, I have lost all data hosted on their VPS and suffered huge client losses.
HostMalabar’s business model is simple:
Lure customers with cheap plans
Provide unstable, low-quality servers
Deny refunds, block access, and leave you helpless
They are not a real datacenter; they are just a reseller running a scam operation. Once you’re trapped, they will not help you.
