Customer Service is pathetic and pretty shady which may be why they ignore you but the fact is that someone took it upon themselves to create an account and they charged the account again even though they had been told the process had been done and 'dealt with' already. Thats not the real issue because when we have tried to get them to fix it, they have ignored us since. They stole money and we had to place a dispute with the bank even though it was them that made this wild mistake or I am not sure what to make of it. The fact is that they just continue to ignore us. They have NOT replied about it. Its so shady. I am asking for a reverse on something they took the liberty of fraudulently completing. No one authorized them to take t upon themselves to create an another account. Besides, they did it after it was told that it had already been dealt with. These shady people still went ahead charging the account fraudulently and not being authorized. But again, thats not the real issue. The fact that they refuse to reply about let alone do the right thing is very telling. They are shady. They steal money and I mean literally because lets be real, the person made an effort to charge the account and the card and is making zero effort to reverse it when it is the same amount of man hours and efforts. We have ecommerce stores. We know how fast or slow you can issue a refund. Remember, not only are they horrible at issuing refunds, they will also not even issue me one when they took it upon themselves to charge us. Its mind blowing how shady.
