😠 Deceptive pricing & poor support. Initially cost about half as much as competitors, ended up paying 3x as much as better web host services. Their support "team" also doesn't know how to properly communicate via phone or email. Definitely would NOT recommend.

😠 The customer service is abysmally slow and incompetent.SImply getting hosting contract transferred has taken more than a week now. I've called them more than six times and each time the rep doesn't have the latest notes.

😠 Was with this host for 12 months, signed up using a debit card.
On two occasions payment failure recorded. Last failure Ionos stated it was my card and I needed to rectify it with my bank.
I then used the exact same card to sign up with Sitegrounds without an issue.
Ionos still asking for $97 payment or they will cancel my contact, even though I cancelled the contact about 2 weeks ago.
The hosting overall is slow without any form of Cpanel, staff are helpful but English is their second language (Tagalog is their first language).
Avoid this company
