Je suis désolé d'avance je ne vais pas être très poli.
Je ne compte plus le nombre de fois où j'ai dû recréer une nouvelle partie à cause de votre hébergeur de serveur.
Ce n'est pas normal de perdre plusieurs heures de jeu comme cela.
Voici le message que j'ai reçu suite à l'un de ces problèmes.
"Cher(ère) client(e) Gameserver,
Nous avons été contraints d'arrêter votre serveur car celui-ci ne fonctionne pas correctement. Merci de bien vouloir vérifier l'ensemble des paramètres, la map de départ ainsi que le contenu enregistré sur votre serveur FTP.
Vous pouvez redémarrer le serveur à tout moment.
Si vous rencontrez d'autres difficultés, veuillez contacter notre service d'assistance."
Nous avons tout vérifié avant de lancer le serveur, nous avons joué dessus durant 20h au moins. (20h ce n'était que pour une seule partie, je ne comptes par les autres parties supprimées) Et nous avons tout perdu.
N'allez surtout pas chez eux, c'est à fuir.

😠 Service was terrible. Tried to cancel.
Was told I signed up for a year long contract and they would NOT stop billing.
After careful searching I found the fine print for "good luck, because we plan to bill you long after you quit using our terrible service"
Blocked them thru bank to stop being billed.
Customer Support pretty much said " Learn to Read".
The conversation got worse from there. Avoid this company; spend your hard earned money at a real company.

Used them for 4 days, slowest start ever and had a near 4 hour downtime before I asked for a refund. You get no control, barely any access to any files, and they will delete as soon as they see any sign of trouble on your end. Absolute nonsense company, please shutdown sooner.

En primer lugar, la traducción de su web es muy mala, y el proceso para alquilar un servidor es fácil pero OJO, por defecto son 12 meses de alquiler, por lo que si deseas solo 1 mes, debes seleccionar 1 mes a propósito. LEE mejor que yo plz.
Me ofrecí pagar la diferencia entre las ofertas de 1 mes y de 12, pero ellos solo quieren ganar con este tipo de errores que comenten los clientes. Traté de hablar con el soporte, pero su respuesta fue "la próxima vez lea mejor". Así que, por favor, tenga cuidado al alquilar un servidor porque si no pagará todo el año...

Regelmäßige unerwartete Neustarts (im Schnitt 4-5 Szenarien die Woche).
Dabei auch in 3 Monaten ca. 5-6 mal Dauerneustartschleife, welche von 20 bis 90 Minuten anhielten, danach lief der Server wieder ganz normal.
Außerdem 2 Komplett Ausfälle miterlebt, welche sich über mehrere Stunden hinzogen.
Daher aus meiner Sicht keine sehr zuverlässigen Server, zumal beide Komplettausfälle bei uns zu mehreren Stunden Spielfortschritt geführt hatten (im Grunde fast 4 Tage arbeit für die Katz).
Kann die Server daher nicht Empfehlen, da habe ich mit anderen Anbietern bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Purchased a server to play Skyfactory 4. There is no direct control of the server executable, and it can take up to 20 minutes for the server to start/stop. Often, it would reach a point where it began, but it doesn't show it started in the web interface, so you can't stop the server even though it's active. Also, the default mod pack doesn't correctly create the world with config mismatching and required manual installation.

After months and months of trying to cancel a service from them, I still seem to be unsuccessful. First of all, they hide the cancellation button behind so many loops and once you finally cancel the service they still charge you! Not only that the translations are terrible.
I tried emailing the company multiple times about a refund and for them to stop charging my card to not only get completely ignored the first couple of times but also them being rude and giving no information about why they are still charging me.
I paid for a service that I might have used maybe only 2 times. The servers were very laggy and could barely hold more than 2 people, this company completely lies to you and only cares about taking your money. Complete scam.
Avoid this company at all costs, I'm sure there are other server services out there that are much better.

😠 the server that got promised in 5 minutes, never got to start at the same day. in the matter of fact feedback on the ticket came back 1.5 days later.
after cancelling the subscription and activating buy protection from paypal, the company still decides to charge money for a product that never lived up to the promises and has never been used.
after explaining this case in a ticket (i'll admit the tone was annoyed). the response I got back was:
First of all, we do not care what you do with PayPal, because if you have a problem or question, you have to talk to us not to PayPal.
customer support that starts off "we do not care what you" is imo the biggest not done you can do.
besides the company being legally allowed to keep the money, this proves that their level of service and empathy (charging money for a product that has never been used) is below 0.

😠 Rented Valheim server, impossible to cancel f..ing subscription, had to pay 1 extra month, worst support ever. I still dont know how to cancel it, god damn I hope their hospital bills come extra. Do yourself a favour and dont rent server at those retards

😠 Nachdem auf meine zweite Mail bezüglich ungewollter Serverabstürze nicht geantwortet wurde habe ich beim Support angerufen. Der Herr konnte mir nicht helfen, wir wären selbst Schuld an den Abstürzen. Daher habe ich das Geld bei Paypal zurückgefordert (keine Leistung = kein Geld). Nach einem längeren Telefonat mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter heißt es immer noch wir hätten den Server selbst gecrasht (zu 4. Auf einem Server der für 8 Leute ausgelegt, beim rumstehen crasht man da bestimmt ultra viel...) und müssten jetzt noch 5 € Strafe zahlen. Absolute Frechheit!

😠 They didn't answer to my canceling and even after a phone call they did nothing for me. Inow got another bill to pay, because they just ignored the fact that I didn't want my server anymore. HUGE SCAM! Don't buy here!

😞 Asked customer service a question, and got an answer shortly after.
They told me that my information (about them not responding to support messages and canceling servers for no reason) was incorrect, so I told them that it was not since it was based on the experience of a friend (who is not getting any replies from customer service after his server was canceled for no reason).
Suddenly the reply I recieved was very hostile, and that further emails would be ignored if they were about my friend's server.
I really hope Robert is just an intern because I don't think people want to be treated the way I got treated.
