😠 Wow, very BAD service overall!
I am a seasoned web pro, and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a hosting company. I am surprised that they are still in business. A few things stood out to me:
1. No 24 hour support via phone.
2. VPS took over 3 days to get started, and required 3 email tickets from me to get the standard package they sold me installed (WHM, CPanel, etc)
3. I decided to cancel my account, and it took over a month ( actually still not resolved ) to get a response.
I usually dont leave negative reviews, but I really think they are a scam. If you are looking for green hosting, try fatcow.com.
