From day 1 they did not provide product that they claimed they would provide. They would delete my tickets and tell me that it was on my end and not on theirs. I was supposed to get 40gb but was capped at 15gb! I would bring this up and they would delete the ticket and claim that there ticket system automatically deleted it even when the problem was not resolved. I tried to work with these people for 15 days to resolve the issue. But the problem is that they are a reseller that just over resells and does not give their customers what they pay for. They do not like it when you call them out on what they are doing and then they get mad and banned me before my services were even over. I had to contact paypal and file a claim against them to get my money back and they lost the claim and after they lost the claim they had their so called "lawyer" contact me and tell me they were going to contact their local prosecutor and file a claim against me for cyber bullying. They also decided to appeal Paypals decision to make them refund the money and in the appeal they did not appeal that we didn't deserve our money back but that I was cyber bullying them and they were going to take legal action against me. Honestly if they really thought I was cyber bullying them then why would they continue to email me back over and over again? Why would they not just block my email if they really felt I was bullying them? This host is a joke!! I would never recommend ANYONE to get hosted by these people UNLESS you were needing a host for a little blog or something cause they do not give you the space they claim you will get.

We are sorry you feel like this , you did not write the truth over the real facts what has been happen , first of all lets clear the things out that we are not re-seller let's continue now into your fantastic story with so many lies.
You have opened a ticket saying that you have free 15GB of the 40GB you have filled and for this reason you wanted credits and you asked this with abusive way , like it was must we need to give you credits for your own fault , you was making constantly troubles for the same issue and staff has asked you politely to leave from our hosting for all our protection and find another alternative hosting provider which will fulfill your needs.
After that you started using bad words , you started writing us how you are into a free country called U.S. and nobody can do you anything , you can do whatever you want and not care for anything and you continued to talk bad. Of course we need to protect all ourselves and our clients from people like you since you have been asked to stop but you decided to continue even claimed that you will do huge DDos.
Even staff of paypal has get frustrated from you with the calls you made them and asked us to stop any communication from you to get this and they would refund you without any cost to us , we hope the bill for the phones you made not came more than this you got back :)
Since you like the things logged and started hiding behind your phone and your computer throwing so much threats , and not wanted to get help but continued the bad behavior and threats , lets see some of the abusive comments you made :
