The worst provider ever
They are really bad. The modem i have is like 3years old and they want me to buy another one. Since few weeks the internet is slow and I'm disconnected every hour. They told me it's because the modem is "dead" and i have to change it. Since they told me this internet is not working AT ALL and they don't even want to test the lign. They are not nice on the phone and they just keep telling that:
1) i have to but a new modem
2)even if i buy a new modem internet will be slow because I'm too far from the line. I would need to change for the cable(and re-sign for like 2 years of course!)
They are real bandits and before they 'found the trick' about "you have to buy a new modem and to change the DSL" each time i called them they were able to solve the problem. Now they don't even try.
One of the time i called the man told 'oh i don't understand why we've lower your internet speed...' I ask him to repeat and he said 'i mean your modem is really old and you're getting disconnected because of it...'.
I'm pretty sure they voluntary disconnected us just so that we buy the new modem and that we re-sign for another 2years...
