Rediculous
I was using their service as a free host while I was putting my website together. Everything was going fine until one day when I uploaded a number of TTF fonts for embedding into my web pages. My visitors were going to be able to select fonts for customization of products I'm going to sell. The next day, I sign in and my web site has been suspended.
I sent a message to support asking why it was suspended and 2 days later, I'm told that their automatic filters suspended my account. Then they asked me the purpose of my website. I told them and again asked why it was suspended. They asked me what page was involved. My answer. I don't know, you suspended the account. You tell me. They did remove the suspension after I had moved to another site. After several more communications asking why the account was suspended, they told me that they could not divulge that information to maintain the integrity of their filters. Excuse me, how does a person know how to prevent their filter from locking you out if you don' tknow what to avoid. BTW, I had used less than 1% of the allowed hard drive space and had litterally no traffic yet except my own uploading and testing.
Would I recommend them? Not on your life.
