I've been with 21st-thailand hosting service for over five months. I had some issues in the beginning with my Xen VPS. I would have times where the VPS was responsive. Tickets are usually answered with 10 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. I cant really complain because of the price. It is really the best host. Recommended.

I've been using 21st-thailand.com vps hosting for about a year and they've been great. One time we had a problem and the customer support was bad, but we have had at least 3 other times where they have been helpful and spend significant time on the Skype to assist us. They do backups every day, so they got back my files and my blog started to run again and available to my visitors in 10 minutes.
