😠 contabo charges you a fee, but does not provide vps, you just ask for documents for verification to your e-mail. The support period lasts between 24 and 38 hours, customer satisfaction, zero refund, does not give an uncertain time when it will be made. My advice is to work with corporate companies with support from your own country, do not be disgraced with your money.

😁 I have been using them for nearly 2 years now without any problems.
First I had a vps (VPS XL SSD, shared resources), I had to cancel it because I needed performance from the server and it didn't have that. I think thats fair play as it has shared resources, I wasn't expecting it to perform well.
I changed my plan to VDS S, the dedicated vps without shared resources.
This one exceeded my expectations; usually when site says "3 cpu cores" they actually mean threads, but they gave 3 cores -> 6 threads, and the cpu AMD EPYC 7282 2.8 GHz had more than enough performance for my needs. Add 24gb of ram and NVMe SSD for storage... This was almost too good to be true in my mind. I performance tested the processing power, tested that I have access to all 24 gb ram, tested ssd speed, internet speed, everything worked better or as advertised.
I haven't had any problems or downtime with them, I have never experienced any stupid port restrictions or hanging issues which I have experience in all of the previous providers I have used before them.
I did contanct their support when I cancelled the first vps (VPS XL SSD) and the experience was professional and helpful.
I have read alot bad about them, but I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them.
I'm even a bit suspicious on the amount of bad reviews they are getting based on my experience with them.

Absolutely stay away from this scam company.
They are rude, blackmailers and attempt in all possible ways to steal and ripoff their own customers.
They provided with broken product which cannot be used, I asked refund and they keep refusing even if they obliged by EU regulations and laws.
